Back Boiler Decommission & New Combi

We got Tommy and his team in to decommission an old back boiler and fit a new combi and we couldn't be happier. We were looking for a quick turnaround as the job was needed to ensure that the sale of the property went through swiftly. I liaised with Jen on the booking of the job, and all the other information including which combi we would have fitted etc - super clear and quick communication from everyone involved. On the days they were here - Both Tommy and the guys working with him were professional, clean and tidy and got the job done with little to no disruption even while I was working.

They provided helpful advice when I was deciding which make and model to get, installed it promptly, and helped me with some connectivity issues I had with the Vaillant app. Friendly service and great communication.

Boiler Installation
The team at Metropolitan Plumbing were communicative, and it was clear that they weren't trying to rip us off with the different options they gave us for our boiler installation. Our old boiler was on it's last legs, and we opted for a new Vaillant which included a 10-year warranty, and they gave me a free servicing the following year on top. The workmanship was impressive, the new pipework is very neat-looking and they worked to complete it in a day's time, which I was pleasantly surprised with. Our new boiler is working efficiently, and they will remain top of my list of plumbers to call.

Installation of Vaillant combi boiler
I was gathering quotes for a new boiler installation for my rental property, I chose Tommy@ TW Plumbing as he provided the most cost effective solutions for a problematic 3rd floor installation. Whilst I was gathering quotes the boiler completely broke down on a Sunday and Tommy was able to attend the property the same day, unfortunately the boiler was completely gone so Tommy installed a new boiler and completed the installation a couple of days later. I had some headaches speaking to various plumbing companies but Tommy is the Ibuprofen of the plumbing world. Highly recommended!!!!

Dripping mixer tap, Boiler noise and rad refit
I have just used Tommy's services twice recently for a dripping mixer tap, refit a heavy rad to it's brackets and investigate odd noise from my boiler. Tommy didn't hesitate with refitting rad, which he did with ease and fixed both the drip with new valves and the boiler noise which has remained quiet since. I found Tommy very polite. He was reliable and very quick in response to booking and visit and his rates reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to use Tommy's services again as I commend his services.
Gas Leak and boiler service
I had a gas leak so I contacted TW Plumbing who sent Tom around straight away which I was grateful for as the smell of gas was quite strong! He found and fixed the leak and suggested I have a service too as my boiler hasn't been serviced for some time! I was very pleased with the quick and efficient service and the price.
