“Great guys in every way. Super recommended plumbing service in North London. They have fixed 3 issues at my rented home, fixing the work of other dodgy plumbers. Professional work from AZ. Clear communication of the problem, clear with planning and appointment with tenants, do the job on time. Great price. Excellent and refreshing in a world of cowboys, these guys are great!! Thanks to Tom and Jen.”

Trustpilot“I had a very positive experience with them. The team was professional, serious, and honest throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly, arrived on time, and completed the work to a high standard. It’s not always easy to find tradespeople you can trust, but I genuinely felt in good hands from start to finish. I would definitely recommend their services and will use them again in the future.”

Trustpilot“Trevor who has been before to our house, diagnosed and fixed the leak from the overhead tank valves in less than an hour. He is courteous and very knowledgeable and always ensure the job is done properly.”

Trustpilot“Metropolitan Plumbing is the only plumbing service I would use. Over three years, they have fitted showers, unblocked sinks and most recently fixed a boiler. They're always efficient and friendly, especially Tom! But the best part is that they are completely trustworthy. Their quotes are accurate and honest. They never try to do work that's unnecessary or bump up their prices and everything is completed to the highest possible standard. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

Trustpilot“I would happily recommend Metropolitan Plumbing, Jen, Tom and Trevor are a great team, reliable and conscientious. My daughter inherited problems in a new property with the hot water and the central heating both failing. Jen provided a quote for the work, separating out parts and labour. The work required a couple of visits by Tom and Trevor. The work was completed as per the quote. Building trust is crucial, we have a company we can rely on for any future work. I've no doubt that this small company will grow.”

Trustpilot“This is an honest review from a genuine customer as I am sure are all the people that have reviewed this company. My experience with metropolitan plumbing was positive from the beginning to the end. From the price of the work which was to remove and decommission old crappy immersion boiler tank and replace with a new one. The quoted price is what I paid which was a very fair price and the customer service was brilliant and kept in contact through all phases of the work and worked around my schedule and was very flexible. I have recommended metropolitan plumbing to my friend who is also looking to have a boiler replaced. Special shout out to Jennifer of metropolitan plumbing who looked after everything for me and booked the job.”

Trustpilot“Tom was recommended to us by another plumber. We are so glad because he did a good job of re-routing a leaking mains water pipe. He arrived on time, was neat, tidy and professional and pleasant to talk to. Jennifer in the office was easy to contact and very helpful in arranging everything. We would certainly use them again.”
